Shivya Roy, a psychotherapist from Bengaluru, expertly addresses challenges like mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and stress, underpinned by her rich educational background with a M.Sc in Psychological Counseling from the Indian Institute of Psychology and Research (IIPR) and a BA in Psychology Honours from Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce. Raised in an intellectually rich environment, Shivya’s formative years at Rajghat Besant School, Varanasi, laid the foundation for her unwavering passion for understanding human and social behavior. Proficient in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, REBT, and other therapeutic techniques.
