About the Session:

Anxiety and Depression are the two words that are thrown around every day in the tech world. People send out tweets expressing their demons partially or fully, people send out tweets asking people to open up about the demons. Conferences ask people to share their stories and here I want to share my story.

A story of a boy with a lonely childhood, bad relationships, failed friendships and attempted suicide. A story of a man who today stands strong and firm and has got back his life, found a partner, lives with his family again and is building a business he is passionate about.

I would want to share how I went into the deep abyss of Anxiety and Depression and tried to kill myself before climbing back up and doing what I do, how I do and who are the supporting pillars of my life.
